A wonderful and enjoyable vacation week in Greece is coming to an end. Of course not without one or another Greek bottle of wine
Above all, the Greek cuvee from Malagousia and Roditis was a delight. With its fruity, very aromatic nose combined with crisp acidity and a broad finish, the wine was the perfect companion to salmon tartare and sea bass pickled in brine. The Chardonnay had to step up twice this week; the inviting salty/mineral notes and the creaminess that followed were, as the Greeks would say – divine.

Really top wines at extremely fair prices (also at the hotel). Highly recommended!
The hotel and the kitchen were truly world class, and the nice ladies from the facility team left me a folded figure with our company cap that I did not want to keep from you
