DWINER Music Lizenz

As of 22 October 2026. This license applies to tracks released for download on the music page. It is not legal advice.

License

License for social media

DWINER offers individual tracks as free music for social media videos. A track falls under this license only when it is released for download on the music page.

Spotify, Apple Music and the other streaming services stay as they are. This website does not clear rights in external systems and does not claim any automatic copyright clearance.

Allowed once a track is released

  • Personal and commercial social media videos.
  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Reels, Stories and Shorts.
  • Organic posts.
  • Paid advertising on these platforms.
  • Synchronising the music with that video.
  • Cutting, shortening and adjusting the volume.
  • Worldwide use with no license fee.

Not allowed

  • Resale as a standalone audio file.
  • Redistributing the music under another name.
  • Uploading it as your own song to Spotify or any other music platform.
  • Claiming authorship.
  • Sub-licensing it as your own music library.
  • Uses outside social media video, including radio, television, cinema, games, podcasts or playback on premises. Those need a separate agreement.

Credit

For ordinary social media use, credit is appreciated but not required, where the law allows that.

Limits

This license does not replace the rules of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube or any other platform. Music use in Instagram business accounts can be restricted.

A release on this website does not mean automated copyright claims will not appear. Claims can still happen, including while rights are being changed in external systems. Those changes are not made on this website and can take several days.

The license can grant only what the chain of rights actually allows. That includes the terms of the production path, including Suno where a track was made with it. This text does not confirm that the chain has been reviewed, and it does not claim complete copyright ownership.
