Scan wine bottles — capture a label in seconds

With the scanner in DWINER you capture labels or documents (e.g. invoice, OHK) and quickly add wines to stock. One document often yields several bottles at once; labels can be captured one after another in a batch session. Scan quotas depend on plan.

How the scan flow works

1. Open the scanner in the app
2. Capture a label or document
3. Review suggestions and save wines (assign storage location)

For documents: check line items and supplier. For labels: continue scanning in the same session. Help: Digitize your wine cellar

Document scan and multiple bottles

Invoices and OHKs are ideal for large capture waves — less typing than row-by-row Excel.

Growers and suppliers on scan

On labels, matching helps with growers and known wines. On document scan, the supplier is often suggested automatically. You maintain master data and stats under growers and suppliers.

Tips for good matches

• Good light, label or document flat and readable
• Few reflections / shadows
• After scan: short check of name, vintage, origin, quantity
